A brief overview of what my engineering team and I’ve been doing since 1994:

Design integrated web applications for small to large corporations. Applications include data integration, web services, plug-ins, Java-Script, Java, HTML, SGML, VRML, server-side includes, client pushes, audio, graphics, automated GIFs, data and database integration, forms processing, etc. Platforms include Windows NT, XP, 2003; Linux — RedHat, Suse, Gentoo, Suse; Solaris; BSD — FreeBSD, BSD/i, OpenBSD and others.

Design and integrate security services. Includes Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, Intrusion Prevention. Design custom firewall implementations to provide specialized security.

Design and Establish Hosting Facilities, Intra-nets and Internet gateways.

Design databases for various types of data. Covers databases of thousands of documents through databases of millions of records using Oracle, Postgres, MySQL and custom-designed high-speed database engines Develop and implement interfaces between existing databases and the Internet.

Design graphics including both computer-created and hand-drawn graphics for a wide range of customers and looks. Ranges from solid corporate look through techno-punk.

Design, engineer, and implement specialized software and procedure for clients. Includes automatic fail-over and full redundancy of servers and data centers, monitoring of server up-time, load sharing between separate machines, and off-site full redundant automated fail-over.

Administer the sites once established. Includes providing on-customer-site personnel when appropriate, off-site backup, off-site full redundancy, updating look and feel and integration of new technologies, monitoring performance and up-time, providing automatic fail-over, backups, etc.

Implement and provide full training to clients for all of the above.
