Getting Paid for Value

So many times we’re out there looking for work. Sometimes we get weekly paychecks, sometimes its hourly and sometimes its by the job. My preference is by the job — I can deliver true value and my clients don’t feel like they’re getting nickeled and dime’d. Here’s a great quote from one of my mentors that follows about getting paid:

“You don’t get paid for the hour. You get paid for the value you bring to the hour.”
