When it happened: December 20, 2018
How it happened: On December 20th, due to a clerical error, the Mississauga ODSP office unintentionally shared some individuals’ information over email
Outcome: They have contacted all individuals to ask them to delete the email and confirm that it was deleted. They are also reviewing all of our internal processes to prevent such errors in the future.
