Mandated Tracking and Reduced Freedom of Movement in Socialist Hong Kong

If you plan on visiting Hong Kong anytime in the near future be prepared to be tracked.  You will be required to wear a wristband that monitors your movements to make sure you are obeying all enforced movement restrictions.  For those traveling from China, they mandate a two-week self-isolation. With the spread of this coronavirus pandemic having a resurgence on the island due to the widespread influx of visitors, they are requiring all visitors to wear a wristband.  As of the end of last week (20 March), ALL travelers will be under mandatory medical surveillance and a 2-week quarantine.
