Farmers began using anti-drone technology to stop gangs of criminals from infecting their livestock with diseases that have killed more than 50% of their pigs this year and resulted in an increase in the price of pork.

Now there are criminal gangs that are using drones to drop items infected with the flu on healthy pigs. These gangs then buy the infected pigs from farmers cheaply and sell their pork as healthy — at a significant markup.
