What Does Your Employer Know About Your Daily Activities
How much does your employer know about your personal life? Maybe more than you realize. When you use your personal devices to access company servers they can log your activities. Then they can track when you log on and get authenticated to company servers from public Wi-Fi. Then, of course, they track your arrival at work through your ID badge and even the different areas of the building that you access. When you sit at your desk and log in to your computer they track your access and even what your searches. Machine learning programs study the words you type by flagging keywords. Some companies take screenshots for the purpose of evaluating the level of productivity.
