US Companies and Citizens may have had their information compromised by the Israeli company, NSO Group through their smartphone-based surveillance software utilized to gather intelligence. According to the FBI, who has launched an investigation into the matter, it appears they also may have been involved in some cyber-espionage campaigns that targeted some government departments and agencies.
