For a majority of the population, this pandemic introduced a massive change in the way we work. Telecommuting previously frowned upon by executives is now commonplace. Although not planned, the results have been relatively successful. It will probably be a new way of working for many from now on as employees are finding new freedom in the flexibility that it offers. The operational cost savings to businesses could be significant when you consider real estate, office operations, and employee costs/savings.
