It seems as though there are countries that are intent on stealing our intellectual property and technology through fraud, and China appears to be one of the biggest perpetrators. Just this week, the FBI arrested a New jersey immigrant after a lengthy investigation into his illegal recruiting and Visa fraud activities for China through a front organization at a US University. The Chinese have established more than 100 of these leading organizations at other Universities. It is time to stop the flow of money to these organizations and prevent them from forming their Chinese propagandizing activities at our Universities. It is time to be much more critical of student visas and working visas for Chinese nationals.
