Do you use Trello? It is an excellent collaboration platform that I use with my team. It can be an excellent tool for project collaboration. 

However, it must get set up correctly if you want to protect your sensitive corporate information. Failure to successfully construct your workflow means that you may find that all your confidential information is shared widely on the internet for anyone to see. 

These tools can provide functionality that can improve corporate collaboration, but you must ensure that your data is kept private.
